DM9, Havas Latam and PicPay were some of the companies with activity during the week
In the week in which the market discovered the winners of the Best propmark 2024 and Globo PPA awards, the agencies were the ones that moved the most. At Havas Latam, Marcelo Bruzzesi was announced as executive creative director.
In his new role, Bruzzesi will work closely with the agency’s offices in countries such as Mexico, Argentina, Costa Rica, Chile, Peru and Colombia, in addition to Brazil.
The creative has previously worked in Brazil, Portugal and the United Kingdom in large advertising agencies such as Africa, Grey, Leo Burnett, DM9DDB and Ogilvy.

No PicPaythe novelty was the hiring of Alexandre Moshe as vice president of ecosystem and audiences. In addition to being in charge of business units focused on ensuring and expanding the engagement of app users, the executive will have the challenge of building new initiatives that go beyond the financial portfolio.
Moshe will lead the PicPay Shop, Advertising and the so-called two-sided ecosystem units, which consists of the integration between PicPay’s individual and corporate applications.
Executive producer
A Ladybird hired Claudia Quintas to be the new executive producer. The professional will assume the management of the entire executive part of the production company that is part of Boiler Hub, encompassing projects, stage directors and the company’s strategy as a whole.

Reinforcements at HYPR
A HYPR hired three reinforcements for the team. Joanna Hoffmann it will be customer insights. Egle Stein Ribaldo arrives at the post of client partnet, while Danilo Araújo will be a marketing specialist.
Hoffmann has a degree in Advertising from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi and specialized in Commercial Intelligence from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
Egle Stein Ribaldo has experience in companies such as TikTok (ByteDance), Jovem Pan, Globo, Record TV, among others. Danilo Araújo, in turn, worked at ACCamargo, Ivi, Inloco/Incognia.
