On November 20th, KFC promoted the “Premiado Osso” action in São Paulo, bringing back in an unusual way the memory of the summer’s award-winning stick promotions. The campaign was created by the agency DM9 and took place in three units of the chain, located in the Center 3, Frei Caneca and Light shopping malls.
Consumers who purchased the restaurant’s products at these locations had the chance to find award-winning bones, laser engraved directly on chicken bones. As a prize, the winners received an exclusive ice cream, developed by the brand, in a limited edition.
The initiative brought a nostalgic touch to the participants and was another KFC bet on creative actions that connect with the public and generate engagement.
“KFC is a brand that needs to be constantly generating conversations and arousing the interest of its consumers. Therefore, we created an action that starts from something present in the imagination of Brazilians and used this element of pop culture as a trigger to attract the public’s attention while at the same time promoting the experimentation of KFC’s flagship product, which is your bucket. of chicken”, highlights Fernanda Harb, Marketing Director at KFC, within the IMC Group.
