QuintoAndar launches InfluCorretor, a development program that helps brokers produce content related to the real estate market on their social networks, with the aim of supporting them in generating more business. The program reinforces the importance of online presence and how networks are relevant channels for reaching more customers. In its second edition, QuintoAndar counts on Flint as a partner and enabler of the courses, which will be offered remotely to more than 2,400 associated brokers, allowing the program to reach professionals from all of its cities where it operates.
The initiative is part of one of the brand’s biggest differentiators of investing in knowledge sharing, offering associated brokers self-development content. “We live in an era in which online presence becomes increasingly relevant. InfluCorretor was created to expand the knowledge of brokers and help them use social networks to their advantage during exchanges with clients on a daily basis, resulting in. Divided into three modules, the classes will be taught by a team of big names from Flint’s Creator Economy, such as Christian Rôças (Crocas), Flint’s founding partner with over 25 years of experience in content production, marketing and branding, worked on Instagram and Facebook, leading global initiatives such as the Olympics and the World Cup; Fer Paiva, content creator and reference in storytelling, founding partner of Flint, was Global Head of Cultural Branding at Natura; Bia dos Vídeos, creator and mobile videomaker, winner of the Perifa Competition in Cannes 2022; Pedro Alvim, led the creation of Lu do Magalu and is recognized for his innovative engagement strategies and Antonio Adibe, digital strategist with experience at Google and Amazon, is now CEO of NWB, owner of the Desimpedidos, Camisa 21 and Acelerados channels. The classes also feature special appearances by QuintoAndar executives who will complement the content with direct experience of the real estate ecosystem. They will bring best practices for building a personal brand in the digital environment and techniques for recording and editing content and, above all, how to engage and reach those looking to buy, sell or rent a property.
