The 24th edition of the AMPRO Awards, the biggest Live Marketing awards in Brazil, took place yesterday, November 26th, at Rosewood, in São Paulo, bringing together the main names in the sector. With a record 529 cases registered, the ceremony celebrated the best Live Marketing campaigns and actions carried out in 2023, highlighting the creativity and innovation of the agencies.
Journalist and presenter Letícia Vidica led the awards ceremony and announced the winners. Campaigns entered in the 4 verticals, in 20 categories, were awarded, with 3 winners: Bronze, Silver and Gold. The trophies were sponsored by Hub4Pay, and the Grand Prix were sponsored by Globo. Strengthening the event’s sustainability policy, the finalists who did not win trophies will receive their certificates by email on December 3rd.
The event brought to light campaigns that address topics such as sustainability and inclusion, reflecting the demands and challenges of the current market. Among the main winners of the night, the agencies Terruá and Atenas stand out, which won two Grand Prix each, Pros and Voe Publicidade e Eventos, winners of one GP each.
One of the big news of this edition was the activation with the robots Pepper and Galileo, developed by 5 Era, which enchanted the participants. The attention to sustainability stands out, with carbon offsetting carried out by ESG Pulse and conscious practices implemented by the consultancy Evento Sustentável.
The Ampro Awards announced strategic partnerships, such as with the Observatory of Diversity in Advertising (ODP), an important step towards promoting inclusion and equity in the sector. Through studies such as the diversity census of Brazilian agencies, which aims to identify inequalities and work to reduce them, creating a fairer and more diverse market.
Another unprecedented partnership announced was with Franklin Costa and Carol Soares from oclb, for SXSW Journey. The news will be shared during a webinar on December 3rd, at 5pm. The event is free for members and non-members, and registrations can be made on the Sympla website.
The creation of the AI Book, an eBook generated in real time, was one of the innovations presented. With the help of Future Hacker, participants sent content via QR Code, which was transformed into rich material with insights into the Live Marketing market.
Broadcast live on the TM1 platform, the full content will be available in January on the AMPRO YouTube channel. The coverage carried out by Reclame will be broadcast in December on Multishow.
