The Silvio Santos Group announced this Friday (13) Ana Karina Bortoni as its new CEO. The executive, who has been a member of the holding company’s Board of Directors since 2023, has a long-standing relationship with the Abravanel family. In 2015, Ana Karina acted as a consultant, participating in the development of the Group’s governance and management model. Renata Abravanel remains president of the Board of Directors.
With an established career in the financial sector and strategic consultancy, Ana Karina was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where she led projects in digital transformation, corporate governance and performance management for 17 years. Between 2019 and 2023, he held the position of CEO of Banco BMG, leading a strategic transformation of the institution. Currently, she works as a management advisor and mentor, focusing on innovation, ESG and business modernization.

Marcelo Barp, CFO of the Group, who has held the position of CEO on an interim basis for the last two months, will continue at the holding company, contributing to the business strategy.
