A Campari, liquor company, honored last night, the best bartenders from São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Curitiba that stood out by developing authorial recipes from Negroni – cocktail that doesn’t exist without Campari – during the Negroni Week 2021.
During the week, which took place between September 13 and 19 this year, the bars were challenged to create, in addition to the classic Negroni, two authorial versions of the drink, precisely to encourage consumers to taste and discover the different flavors and possibilities that this cocktail offers. is able to provide.
To thank and honor the most creative participants, Campari held a ceremony that recognized the best drinks and their respective bartenders. At the time, the winners were awarded a Drink Book – a history book with presentations of the winning bars and their Negroni recipes – as well as a gold pin, an 18K gold gem.
Among the winning houses were Caledonia, Guarita, Frajola, Tuy Bar & Cocina, Cauli and several others, with their respective representatives, Rodolfo Bob, Alice Guedes, Frajola, Laercio Zulu and Mauro Lucas.
The 9th edition of Negroni Week took place simultaneously in several countries and featured in-person actions, in addition to the virtual environment in Brazil, for those who wanted to experience the experience at home. After a 100% digital edition in 2020, due to the pandemic, Campari celebrated its return to bars, following all health safety protocols.
