The WMcCann Bilingual program begins to be offered to agency employees with scholarships on the GoFluent platform starting next April. Half of the vacancies are reserved for career acceleration and diversity with a focus on the English language for the corporate environment.

We also know that access to new languages is restricted to a portion of the population, which is why we chose to ensure vacancies with a focus on diversity, to offer our employees the opportunity to feel more confident, with new skills and opportunities”, recalls Paula Molina, HR Director at WMcCann.
Conversation classes and materials are available 24 hours a day online. Those awarded must complete at least 10 hours of training per month, two group classes per month and tests every six months.
