The consultancy held workshops to prepare Publicis Brasil’s creative leadership for the 4th edition of the course
Publicis Brasil announced the 4th edition of Entre, a program to train, develop and include women professionals who intend to work in the creative area in agencies.
This year’s Entre will have 85% of the 30 vacancies destined exclusively for people who identify themselves by the female gender who declare themselves to be black. The other vacancies will be intended for people who identify themselves by the female gender who declare themselves white or yellow.
“Proportionality in teams is survival for our business. Entre opens the door to women with unique stories and contexts, who have a lot to add to the market and the world. We are very excited to welcome the participants”, said Dani Ribeiro, Executive Creative Director at Publicis.
The new season of the course will also count on the partnership of Carreira Preta, a consultancy in corporate and educational solutions in diversity for inclusion and social integration. In all, 30 women will be selected to participate in the free course that will last about three months.
“The new edition of Entre arrives with a focus on the employability of the participants. Before, they took the course and finished their trajectories. Today, we also want to accompany them in the post-course to help them enter the job market”, said Priscilla Turíbio, from Consultoria Carreira Preta.
The consultancy held workshops to prepare Publicis Brasil’s creative leadership for the 4th edition of the course, with the objective of integrating the vision of modeling the performance of the creative departments to the project and with the focus of transforming the assistance perspective into a perspective of attraction of talents.
“At the end of the course, we have great expectations of hiring the students at Publicis. All will be prepared and qualified for the market and will be able to join other agencies and companies”, said Cíntia Pessoa, Human Resources Director at Publicis.
Classes will be taught mostly by Publicis professionals and people, from 18 years old, who are taking any semester or are already graduated in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations and related areas, with or without experience in the creative area, can register on the websitestarting this Friday (25).
In addition, high school graduates who have some prior experience in creative areas such as creation, art direction, writing or producing digital content for social media or related volunteer work can also participate.
“It is essential that we men are aware of the urgent need for gender equity in the creative departments of agencies. Good ideas only exist when different people work together. That’s why Entre is so important”, added Fábio Astolpho, Executive Creative Director at Publicis.
The 2022 edition of Entre also has a partnership between Publicis and Clube Share, an education platform from the Share company that contains courses with some of the most renowned professionals in the communication market. The Club will provide one-year subscriptions to all participants of the 4th edition of Entre.
One of the novelties of the fourth edition of Entre are the development paths for the participants. The Conscious Career track, for example, has workshops on career management using Carreira Preta’s own authorial methodology.
Classes will start from May 2022 and, at first, most will be online, but, according to the guidelines of health organizations and sanitary protocols, there is the possibility of face-to-face classes, in the city of São Paulo.
