Executive, who currently holds the position of head of child nutrition, will assume the position of VP as of the 31st
With the decision of the executive Frank Pflaumer to accept the invitation of João Campos, president of Seara, to be head of marketing of the food company of the holding JBS, Nestlé promoted Ionah Kochen to take his place.
She will be vice president of marketing and communication for the multinational, which is present in more than 100 countries. Ionah leaves the company’s head of infant nutrition.
Ionah built her career at Nestlé where she has been for 27 years when she started as a trainee. In 2015, she was invited to develop the Consumer Care Business area in Nestlé’s Health Science area in Brazil and Latin America. In this role, she helped build greater relevance/growth for the Nutrin brand.
In the infant nutrition segment in the country “Ionah carried out important transformations in the business, which presented robust growth and market share gains, strengthening its leadership in Infant Formulas, Growth Milks and reaching records in Mucilon. In addition, it accelerated the growth of Canal Farma, leveraged Nestlé Baby & Me as a digital and e-commerce platform. It also launched a major sustainability project, One Baby One Tree, from Mucilon, contributing to the reforestation of the Atlantic Forest.”
Ionah will reinforce the positioning of brands. Its division houses Corporate Communications, Promotions, Media, CRM, BID (Brand & Identity Design), Consumer & Marketplace Insights, digital strategy and social networks, among others.
