Operator modernizes the digital tool and simplifies new access to Apple and Google stores
Vivo is announcing the reformulation of its application, the Vivo app, which becomes the only digital relationship environment for all individual customers of the company’s residential and cell phone services. The idea is to facilitate access and the update will be automatic, without users having to go to Google and Apple stores. There are more than 21 million customers who will now have more options for their searches and problem solving, in addition to access to the Vivo marketplace.
“We want the Vivo app to be the gateway to the digital relationship with the brand. In it, users can find everything from Vivo: cellular, fiber and Vivo Play plans; know our offers on smartphones or other products ranging from refrigerators to items from the pet universe at Vivo Shopping; subscribe to video and music streaming apps such as Disney+, Amazon Prime, Spotify; and much more”, says Carla Beltrão, director of Digital Experience at Vivo.
“Increasingly, we will bring features and offers available only through the app, as is the case with Vivo Valoriza, our relationship program whose benefits can only be redeemed through the Vivo app, or exclusive advantages such as what we have for recharges made through the app, for example. ”, he adds.
