Deh Bastos: plurality is a step beyond diversity
Publicis’ creative and content director was the guest of another episode of PROPCAST with the D&AD judges
Publicis’ creative and content director, Deh Bastos will be among the Brazilian judges who will represent the country at this year’s D&AD, which will be held at the end of May.
In addition to talking about his expectations for the festival, Deh Bastos explained about representation, representation and plurality. “Plurality is a step beyond diversity,” he said.
Still according to the creative, representation is when you have the power to change a situation, a scenario. “Representation is having a black director with decision-making power”, he highlighted.
