Luiz Sanches was chosen by BBDO to be the CCO of the network’s offices for the United States and Canada, starting this month. The professional starts to accumulate the position of CCO (Chief Creative Officer) for North America with that of partner and chairman of the Brazilian unit, AlmapBBDO. With the move, Filipe Bartholomeu is the new president of the agency, as well as partner and CEO.
In his new role, the award-winning creative will be responsible for supervising the creative applications of the BBDO group’s offices in North America, promoting the exchange of talents, and will also be responsible for identifying trends in global insights and culture for Almap customers.
“Almap, my home for 28 years, is a major international label that I am very proud of for its strong culture of DNA based on creativity. As the house is shining, I have now been invited to take care of the condominium. With that, I hope to be able to contribute to both,” she says.
According to Bartholomeu, this process of expansion and collaboration in global projects is a natural result due to the company’s performance and the deliveries it has made to its customers. Almap is the most awarded Brazilian agency in the history of the Effiie and Cannes Lions.
