From now on, the company will operate in five business verticals
Eletromidia ended the process of acquiring Otima, which will place the company in the vertical of streets in the city of São Paulo. From now on, Eletromidia will sell the 4,400 faces in São Paulo installed by the capital in its shelters and bus stops in an integrated manner.
According to Eletromidia, the commercial teams have already been integrated and will now offer products from Eletromidia and Otima together. The São Paulo executive teams have also been reorganized under the commercial directorships of Gustavo Silva, Raphael Jimenez, Danilo Turlão (who were already at Eletromidia) and Pedro Barros, who arrives with Otima.
“The streets of São Paulo are now part of Eletromidia’s inventory, enabling an even more complete solution for our customers. This acquisition reinforces our concept of one stop shopoffering integrated solutions in our five business verticals: streets, rail transport, shopping malls, airports and buildings”, said Alexandre Guerrero, CEO of Eletromidia
