Burger King has launched a campaign that invites teenagers to reflect on the importance of voting in the 2022 election.
The campaign follows a movement that was already happening among Brazilian artists and personalities on social networks and that was recently led by the TSE through the Young Voter Week.
In the video created by David, BK asks consumers, “Do you like to vote for reality shows?” and then asks: “Then why don’t you do that in the elections?”.
The campaign aims to generate public engagement regarding participation in the elections and the script ends with the message: “Vote for Reality? Vote in real life too! Take your voter registration by May 4th and choose the future your way”.
“We want to give a voice and expand the reach of an issue that should not just be on social media or be taken over by individuals. We are not here to choose sides, but rather to emphasize how important the vote of these young people is in the next elections”, explained Juliana Cury, Marketing and Innovation Director at BK Brasil.
The film will be broadcast nationally on open TV and on social networks.
