Locaweb presented its new corporate brand – Locaweb Company. With the announcement, the brand’s objective is to consolidate the evolution of the group, which in 2020 debuted at B3, and to highlight the construction of an ecosystem of digital solutions for any type of customer.
Conducted by Interbrand, the work began in June 2021 and involved several stages of research and production, such as the development of territory, platform and brand architecture, visual identity and implementation plan to reach the launch.
The new global brand brings integrated digital solutions to boost business and, with this, offers a portfolio of products from how to start a web presence and improve customer relationships to e-commerce solutions.
“Now, with Locaweb Company, we are consolidating ourselves as an ecosystem of integrated brands that offer complete and modular solutions for all sizes and maturities of businesses”, says Fernando Cirne, CEO of the company.
The work also consisted of reorganizing the group’s portfolio and defining the role of each vertical, maximizing the potential for value creation and symbiosis between them. In addition, the strategic reconfiguration also helped the company map out new acquisition opportunities.
“With this organization, we were able to facilitate the exchange of equities between the parent brand and its sub-brands, giving clarity to the portfolio and consolidating Locaweb Company as a brand with strength and legitimacy to continue being a reference in its market”, adds Laura Garcia, COO Interbrand Brasil .
Now, the group has a hybrid structure, where some brands are more related to each other, with complementary solutions, such as Bagy, Etus, Octadesk, Tray, Direct Delivery, among others – and some that can continue to act with greater independence – case of KingHost, Bling and Best Shipping.
