Natália Fernandes takes over as general director of the operation in Brazil
Media.Monks announced this Monday (25) the new leaders of the operation in Brazil and Latin America. Natália Fernandes, formerly Senior Vice President of Media, takes over as Managing Director in Brazil in place of Caio Del Manto, who from now on is Senior Vice President of Global Creative AOR with a focus on the United States, Germany, Brazil and UK.
Natália Fernandes will work hand in hand with Fernando Teixeira, Senior Vice President of Data, and Marcus Tavares, Senior Vice President of Content, bringing both areas of expertise together to deliver a single end-to-end service.
By naming Teixeira and Tavares, Media.Monks says it aims to alleviate unnecessary obstacles in connecting brands with the range of services they need to stay relevant in today’s ever-changing digital world.
“The hyper-connected world, virtualization and the promise of the metaverse pressure content to be everywhere, and an end-to-end solution is critical for brands looking to connect with consumers to drive growth and differentiation” , says Marcus Tavares.
Working under a single P&L and a unitary model that connects talent across offices, Media.Monks found an agile way to ensure quick turnaround and plant the seeds of innovation through cross-discipline cross-pollination.
While Tavares and Teixeira will lead their teams of experts in Brazil, they both work closely with content and data experts from around the world, primarily in Latin America, which is managed at a regional level by CEOs Ignacio Liaudat and Sebastián Caramés.
Media.Monks co-founder Wesley ter Haar stressed the importance of the market for business. “In recent years, our digitally focused operations in Brazil have been very successful. This rapidly growing team has excelled in combining content, data and digital media, and technology services to serve local brands,” explains
