Executive is part of the talents revealed by the Pride Skill project, developed by the agency to recognize LGBTQIA+ professionals and promote diversity
Silver of the house, Luiz Mota was promoted to group director at Gray Brasil and will lead the P&G business team, made up of the Hair Care (Pantene, Aussie, H&S and Herbal), Laundry (Downy and Ariel) and Health Care categories.
“In 2022, I complete 10 years at Grey, where I initially worked with shopper & live marketing. I believe that my background has been a great differentiator for the professional I am today. It was in this context that I learned to work under pressure, to be always attentive to the unforeseen and to anticipate problems. Gray developed me to be the hybrid professional I am today”, says Luiz Mota.
With more than 13 years of career, Mota has already worked on the launch of Oral B, Downy and Head & Shoulders in Brazil, as well as brands in the beer, construction, telephony and consumer goods sectors.
“The beauty and wellness sectors are in Grey’s DNA, we have a natural resourcefulness to foresee and meet the needs of these brands on all fronts”, says Rafael Morettini, head of business at Gray Brasil, which this year won the accounts from Bion3, Cebion and Merz. “The promotion of Luiz Mota is our opportunity to celebrate one of the great talents of the house, while paying the special attention that brands in these categories deserve”, adds Morettini.
