The Fato Relevante (FR) and PUB agencies are going to create a corporate communication group, which, according to the companies, comes with a turnover of R$ 21 million, 80 clients, 30 partners and 100 professionals in the team.
The main objective of the group, whose brand will be announced later, is to consolidate the Brazilian market for agencies. For this purpose, it will work in digital, advertising, content, political and data analysis, audiovisual, research, crisis management and investor relations.
“With our experience in the market, one of the objectives will also be to seek, in the future, an IPO on the Stock Exchange”, stated Alcides Ferreira, managing partner of FR. “The brands will have autonomy, but the group will be the sum of the talents of the two teams to enhance delivery to customers,” he said.
Ricardo Bonatelli, managing partner at PUB, said that “we are going to gain scale and scope and this will accelerate our investments in innovation and technology. “The potential for growth from the creation of this platform is very large,” he said.
