Brand allegedly compared Aguiar’s victory to the feeling of buying a cell phone that doesn’t come with a cable
Arthur Aguiar is the winner of Big Brother Brazil 2022 and, if on the one hand, people were celebrating, on the other hand, Motorola did not seem to be very happy and took advantage of the hook to stab one of its competitors.
A few minutes after the singer’s victory was announced, the brand’s official Twitter profile made a comment that allegedly compares Aguiar’s victory with the feeling of buying a cell phone that doesn’t come with a cable, making a clear analogy to Apple.
Despite not having made any reference to the program in the comment, users soon made the call and questioned the brand, which replied that it “neither confirms nor denies”.
This year’s Big Brother Brazil was marked by the interaction of brands, including competitors and companies that did not sponsor the program — such as Motorola’s case.
