South Korean singer Psy, who became known for one of the most successful hits of the century so far, Gangna Style, has released a new song: “That That”. The track marks the singer’s comeback after 5 years. His latest album, “PSY 8th 4X2 = 8”, was released in 2017. Psy, in the preview of the song, recalled a prediction he had made 10 years ago, saying that in 2022 he would release a song as successful as Gangna Style. . At the time he said:
“To be honest, I produced “Champion” in 2002 and it took me exactly ten years to produce a song that is more sensational than it is. “Gangnam Style” was released in 2012. I guess what I’m trying to say is that maybe the next time you find a song like “Gangnam Style” is in 2022″
In addition, he also highlighted that Suga was focused on the songwriting and “involved himself more and more deeply”. Check out the interview:
As expected, the release is being talked about a lot on social media. BTS fandom helped lift the hashtag “#ThatThatFeatSUGA” to trending topics on Twitter. In the Brazilian social network, the hashtag has 201 thousand mentions. Check out some reactions:
