The social project conceived by programmer Bendev Júnior, which contributes to professionals who are entering the job market, is already underway. To help these people, Bendev has created study groups and is offering free consultations. During the project, he will also have the partnership of big names in the programming area, who also shared knowledge with the participants.
“I formed classes from basic to advanced levels. In those early days, I was able to help people to start e-commerces and others to have notions of the basic concepts in the area of technology”, said Bendev.
In addition to the conceptual and practical part, Bendev Júnior is also working on the self-confidence of the project participants, always using positive and encouraging phrases.
“They feel insecure to launch themselves in the market, that’s why I’m working each class with the same level and always saying that they are capable, that they can, because these positive thoughts collaborate with the professional’s training”, he guarantees.
Consultations are being carried out in groups and individually and each student will be monitored for 3 to 4 months, depending on the evolution. According to Bendev, the individual meetings will serve to clarify doubts and respect the progress of each participant, making them advance on the professional side.
