The 9th Forum of Events takes place on May 23 and 24, at the Frei Caneca Convention Center, in São Paulo, and encompasses solutions for the various segments of the tourism and events areas in Brazil. These sectors in question correspond to almost 12.93% of GDP, and suffered a massive stoppage during the pandemic, especially in the face-to-face modality, which moves more than 80% of the workforce in the segments.
If on-site activities were suspended, digital interfaces began to change the course of these areas, creating virtual experiences through online experiences that included and connected many people in live broadcasts around the world. With an expanded portfolio with online solutions, they return to face-to-face meetings, celebrating “eye to eye” connections, in an effort to humanize processes. And to ensure the gains seen in virtual world experiences, they need to continue optimizing time, resources and impacting as little as possible on financial and environmental aspects. This is to ensure social advances from the strategic inclusion of the best management practices in the market.
ESG (Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance) rules are underpinning the next actions of the corporate world, and are increasingly vital to ensure sustainability and business continuity. Therefore, the 9th Forum of Events will dedicate a quarter of its time to the topic, showing that ESG must be inclusive for all companies, and that executives in these markets need to choose to be part of the positive process of transformation.
Diversity, equity and inclusion are a safe path for this process, as they boost changes, acting transversally from the letter “S” of the social. People are doors and windows to ESG best practices.
Therefore, a.a #diversidadecriativa is responsible for curating and building the activities and panels of the Inclusive ESG block. The proposal is to promote a practical, positive experience applicable to transformation processes and people’s choices, whether online or in person. And for the information to land and connect with the participants, um.a will promote a workshop so that people can understand, identify and structure good practice actions from where they are, who they are and start or improve the process in their companies.
The Forum’s complete agenda is full of activities, panels, interactions, space for networking, startup battles, winning cases of the Caio 2021 Award, among others. The ESG from the inclusion of diverse people will be on behalf of panelists, protagonists and experts such as: Dilma Campos (CEO of Outra Praia), Viviane Moreira (CPIO 99 Job’s) and Heloisa Santana (President of Ampro), among other guests .
Tickets are available at site.
