Last year, Ryan Reynolds made everyone laugh with his Father’s Day Aviation Gin recipe called “The Vasectomy.” Now the star is back and trying to get some heartwarming moments (and some laughs too) in a new mixology video with her mom.

The video, which Reynolds posted on social media this morning, shows him mixing “Mother’s Ruin”, a sparkling citrus punch with a generous dose of Aviation Gin, which the actor owns. Reynolds’ real mother Tammy Reynolds joins him in the video.
As the Hollywood star gets to work on crafting the drink, Tammy offers motherly advice on which direction to stir a bowl of punch, lint on his shirt, and the proper amount of gin to make the concoction.
On Instagram, Reynolds’ agency Maximum Effort commented on the post: “Mom’s love is strong,” and Betty Buzz, the seltzer brand founded by his wife Blake Lively, responded, “Mom approved… for the most part.”
