SBT will broadcast the Copa Sudamericana from next year, valid until 2026

On open TV, broadcasting rights are held by SBT until the end of this year. On the other hand, between 2023 and 2026, the São Paulo station will broadcast the Copa Sul-Americana, which will return to open TV after three years.
“The Copa Sudamericana has been completely reformulated for this next cycle, making it more attractive, both for the clubs that compete in the tournament, including several Brazilian teams with great history and fans, as well as for sponsors and football fans,” he said. the SBT, in a note published on its website.
Conmebol defined SBT as a new commercial partner for broadcasting Libertadores da América on open TV in September 2020, on the return of football after a period of truce in the pandemic.
With the matches, SBT raised its audience on Tuesday nights and attracted brands. For this year’s edition, the broadcaster has as sponsors important advertisers, such as Amazon, Claro, Sanofi and Sportingbet.
