This week, Pizza Hut hired Bruna Fausto for the company’s marketing chair in Brazil. She will report to Alex BX Pinto, the company’s CMO. The challenges of the executive ahead of the position are to accelerate the digital transformation of Pizza Hut, leverage the arrival of new consumers and support the expansion of the brand in the country.
Marisa, in turn, announced Adalberto Santos as the company’s new CEO. Santos, who has held the position on an interim basis since March, joined the retailer’s team for more than seven years as CFO and Investor Relations Director.
Radio Transamérica introduced Gustavo Paula Silva as its network executive manager. With more than 20 years in the radio environment, the professional has worked at Sistema Globo de Rádio, Grupo RCN de Comunicação and Rádio Capital.
“Our great challenge is to contribute to expanding the flow of business and interaction between affiliated broadcasters, in addition to expanding the Transamerica Network on a perennial and consistent basis”, said Paula Silva.
Delicatessen
The Nylon duo, composed of Marcos (Boca) Ceravolo and Caio Montanari, joined Delicatessen’s scene directors. Nylon is a direction label with a background in graphic design, animation and 3D that blends innovative post-production resources with the visual languages of advertising and entertainment.
The duo arrives at the production company bringing their expertise in projects for eSports, with works signed for major international players, such as Freeletics and Fnatics.

Gupy strengthened the Marketing area with the hiring of Carolina Marques for the position of Brand and Product Marketing Director. The executive will partner with Felipe Sobral, current growth marketing director, and her mission will be to strengthen the brand in the market.
Ultraviolet
Ultravioleta hired Delai as its new scene director to reinforce the production company’s craft. He joined the production team that includes Daniel Caselli, Júlia Cruz, Manuh Fontes, Ricardo Souza, Will Mazzola and Wilson Mateos in its team of scene directors.
PBA Cinema
PBA Cinema announced the hiring of Jessica Teleze in the team of scene directors. Graduated in cinema, the professional has worked as a director in cinema, music videos, fashion and advertising and, before taking up a career in scene direction, she was creative assistant to director Vellas, from Saigon.
Vati
Katia Bontempo Leal returned to Vati, the advertising production hub, as general manager. His first time at the company was in 2014, when it was still called Vatican House.
Before and after that period, she worked in agencies and production companies with different profiles in the advertising market, including as an entrepreneur. For 18 years, Kátia served as production director at Lew’Lara\TBWA.
PopComm
The PopComm agency introduced, this week, the new service director for fashion, journalism and commercial production. Douglas Rodrigues arrives to assist in customer service in a personalized way, incorporating his knowledge of more than 10 years of experience in the market.
Adyante
Paula Klotz assumes the chair of marketing manager at Adyante. Before joining the company’s team, Paula worked for about two years at GhFly, which is also part of the holding company GhFly Network.
Advertising professional with an MBA in Market Strategy, Paula has worked at important companies and institutions, such as Gazeta do Povo, Uninter and Escola Conquer. With more than seven years of experience, the executive aims to contribute to the brand’s expansion project, accelerating the digital transformation of customers and partners.
Validity
Validity has a new Customer Success manager for Latin America, mainly Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile and Panama. This is Thiago Catino, an engineer with experience in CRM and account management (Enterprise, Strategic, Middle Market and SMB).
Trip Co
Trinus Co will have Jonas Kühner as the company’s new CMO. At Gympass since 2019, he has had previous stints at agencies such as Havas, Edelman, ID\TBWA leading creative teams focused on digital media and innovation. At Trinus, the new CMO will play a strategic role in consolidating the company’s brand.
Backyard Agency
Quintal agency hired seven professionals for the creative area. As senior art director, the new name is Luiz Eduardo Kuhner, a professional with stints at agencies such as NBS, Casa Digital, YDreams, DM9Rio, WMcCann and Havas, in addition to Critical Mass, in Canada.
Also for the art direction are Dutra (ex-Sides, VX Comunicação and Wide) and André Xavier, who graduated from Wide. Graphic designer Brendon Bravo (ex-Dom Pedro Conteúdo and Instanteaser) is the new motion designer. Bianca Lamha (ex-Hi-Midia, Afilio and Amo), who started in the Customer Service area at Quintal, makes the transition and starts working as a copywriter. In Content and Influence, the new names are Maria Carregal, ex-Grupo Trigo who returns to Quintal, and Felipe Bichara, a writer who works for Propeg and Grupo Trigo.
