Tickets for both shows sold out in a matter of minutes. Organ is preparing for a face-to-face meeting with the company
Procon-SP has notified Eventim Brasil and is asking for clarification on the fast selling out of tickets for Coldplay and Avril Lavigne’s shows in Brazil. According to journalist José Norberto Flesch, the agency is preparing for a face-to-face meeting with the company.
In April, Procon-SP had already asked the company to declare the number of tickets available for the British group’s shows, “both in pre-sales and in sales to the general public and in all modalities and sectors and which mechanisms adopted to avoid pre-sales and sale of individual tickets or lots to “changers” and outsourced companies”.
In addition, Eventim must also provide information on the processing and payment method for tickets sold through the website and physical sales channels, and detail the costs related to the acquisition of each type of ticket (discriminating fees, shipping, promotional discounts, among others). ).
The case of lightning burnout happened again this Monday (16) with tickets for the concert of singer Avril Lavigne, which sold out in a matter of minutes.
