The company, which recently brought in Paulo Aguiar as a new partner and CCO, now brings Lucas Pinheiro, ex-Banco next, Publicis, and Lew’LaraTBWA, as Creative Director and Giovanna Cartapatti, ex-Itaú, next and Bradesco, as Creative Strategy , seeking to intensify and develop the work of creative strategy within the gamer universe.
According to Paulo, CCO at 3C, the arrival of the two new professionals will reinforce the company’s co-creation work:“Giovanna and Lucas are multidisciplinary professionals with incredible trajectories in the market, with passages in agencies and advertisers. In addition, they bring a very important baggage of integrated communication and the experience of having already created projects for big brands within the gaming universe. In this new stage, the two professionals will act as a pair, reinforcing our belief in co-creation with the various endemic professionals on the team and showing that planning and creation have increasingly blurred limits”.
With over 11 years of experience in the creative market, Lucas arrives at 3C Gaming after a stint as a Senior Creative at Banco next’s in-house agency. During his career, the new Creative Director worked for companies such as MullenLowe, being responsible for the Caixa account, Isobar, with Banco do Brasil and Bobs, Lew’LaraTBWA, serving Nissan and Gatorade, and Publicis, where he created for clients such as Bradesco and Heineken . Giovanna started her career in 2012, in the area of digital channels at Bradesco, where she was responsible for content planning and influential marketing in several initiatives, such as the Rio Olympic Games. From 2017, she structured the bank’s in-house digital next and became the company’s marketing manager, a chair he occupied until 2021, creatively leading campaigns, content projects and fintech’s entry into the eSports universe with Free Fire. Before becoming Creative Strategy at 3C, Giovanna was part of Itaú’s Marketing and Special Projects team.
Created in 2020, 3C Gaming operates consistently in the market, creating exclusive projects for clients and partners, such as Casas Bahia, TikTok, Razer, next, Netflix and many others.
