With “new iconic kisses”, the agency received 1 graphite pencil in cinematography and 2 wood pencils in “film” and “direction”
The first night of the D&D festival revealed the winners of 424 pencils in categories such as Advertising, Collaborative Advertising, Black Pencil and part of Craft, which will have other disciplines announced this Thursday (26). Brazil received 19 pencils.
Among the local agencies, GUT São Paulo was the most awarded, with 6 pencils. Received 1 graphite in “digital” and 1 wood in “experimental”, with “Hidden Spots”, for Heinz; 1 graphite in cinematography and 2 wood in “film” and ‘direction”, with “new iconic kisses” and 1 wood in “Ecommerce” with “black business beats”, both for Mercado Livre.
Second place went to Africa, with 5 pencils. With “Árvore Refugiada”, for Climate Reality Brasil, the agency won 1 graphite in “PR” and 2 wood in “Sound design and use of music” and “experimental”. “Cabelo Cremoso”, created for Brahma, received the other two recognitions, winning 1 graphite in “Media” and 1 wood in “Experimental”.
AlmapBBDO and AKQA share the subsequent position, with 2 pencils each. The list continues with SunsetDDB, Wieden+Kennedy, Zombie Studio – working with Área 23 -, and Agência We, which took the most representative award of the night among Brazilian women, the Yellow Pencil, a step above graphite, with 2breakthesilence for the Fala Mulher Association and RedeTV!.
