Everyone is talking about GKay’s Farofa and forgetting that Brazilians are known worldwide for their farofadas!! After all, what can’t be missing from a true Brazilian’s Christmas dinner?

In Brazil, the celebration has that good mess with the family and a lot of stuff. So, to pay homage to Brazilians and show what the real party is like in houses across the country, Guaraná Antarctica launches the special: “Christmas Farofadas”.

Campaign created by Soko, aims to celebrate the true Brazilian Christmas – family together, secret friend’s game, supper set at the table with the right to confusion and even a boring joke from the uncle of pavê. The special released today (13), on the Marathon page Globoplay promises lots of fun and a star-studded cast. (watch here)

To bring all this fun when telling the typical Christmas stories in the country, the brand rescues icons of national comedy, each one with a special role: Sérgio Loroza é o Paizão; Solange Couto, Dona Rose – the big mother; Marcos Oliveira, Jorge Tobias – Tio do Pavê; Márcia Rosado, Aunt Farofeira; Mc Dricka who debuts as an actress with his daughter Belinha; Rodrigo Naice, the aggregate; Ludmillah Anjos, the Little Girlfriend of Belinha; and Bambino, the Caramel Mutt. With this unique combination, there will be no shortage of laughter. All this with a screenplay by Gabriel Esteves and direction by Ian SBF, from O2.

In this tribute to the Christmas of Brazilians, the main insights emerged not only in the observation of people’s behavior, but also in research on the most searched topics on the internet at this time of year. If during the Christmas season everyone is researching about recipes, the main one is about the perfect farofa. So, there’s Farofada! There was also no lack of unmissable elements from houses throughout Brazil, such as the refrigerator full of bills and papers with notes, the crochet wreath, the clay filter and the pineapple jar.
