Operation is now commanded by Luís Maia, Henrique Rojas and Filipe Faro
Founding partner, Guilherme Pierri left Peppery after 12 years. With this, the partners Luís Maia, Henrique Rojas and Filipe Faro assume full control of the agency.
Pierri was already splitting between his participation on the agency’s board and the platform Digital Favela, of which he is co-founder and co-CEO alongside Celso Athayde. Now, he is dedicating himself full-time to the company.
Peppery’s leadership, from now on, is exclusively the responsibility of three partners: Luís Maia, at the agency since 2016, partner since 2018 and CEO since 2020; Henrique Rojas, who worked in the operation in 2016 and returned in 2019 as a partner and CSO; and Filipe Faro, who has been part of the team since 2017 and responds as Chief Data Officer.
“Peppery was born from a dream and the opportunity to deliver business solutions that brought together creativity, strategy and performance, at a time when companies did not attribute these results. It has transformed and developed a lot in these 12 years, it has served and continues to serve incredible clients and, with a lot of work, it is one of the main independent agencies in the country”, explains Pierri.
In 2021, Peppery won clients such as ArcelorMittal, Raiar Orgânicos and The Chemist Look, in addition to bringing in its portfolio companies such as Reckitt, Nike, Arno, Locaweb, Sodexo and CredSystem. Digital Favela closed 2021, its first full year of operation, having worked in partnership with more than 120 customers, including brands such as Santander, Claro, TikTok, Ambev, Vivo, O Boticário, PicPay and Unilever.
