The initiative was developed to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Consulado da Mulher, a social action of the brand for the qualification of women entrepreneurs
Brazil has more than 10.1 million entrepreneurs distributed among the four corners of the country, according to data from Sebrae. To portray them and show all the power of innovation and transformation, Consul is launching a documentary series that portrays the story of 11 of these women.
In “Todo Dia é Dia”, the name of the project, Neurilene, Arlene, Antonia, Márcia, Elidiana, Maria Luísa, Karina, Nelci, Soraya, Sandra and Marisa tell the stories and how entrepreneurship entered and impacted their lives. The initiative was developed in commemoration of the 20th anniversary of Consulado da Mulher, a social action of the brand that works in the qualification of women entrepreneurs, with the preparation of the business plan, financial controls, marketing, administrative management, even business sustainability.
With 8 episodes, all already available on the brand’s YouTube, the film production, in partnership with Meola Filmes, records stories such as the indigenous Neurilene, who opened the first restaurant of the Três Unidos Indigenous Community, in the interior of Amazonas; and Antonia, who later recovered from cancer, resigned to work with what she always dreamed of: sweets and snacks.
“The stories of the 11 women in the documentary are connected to the moment that many others are experiencing, of financial difficulty, of discrediting their own potential, of having the dream of opening a business, but not thinking they are capable of it. We want to reinforce the power of these women. women and show that, for the Consul and Consulado da Mulher, an impossible dream is one that no one has tried to fulfill.” says Allyne Magnoli, Whirlpool’s Director of Marketing. In addition to Meola Filmes, the project also had the agency FCB in the creation and production.
