Mercado Livre launched its new campaign to present the Guaranteed Purchase, showing how consumers can return or exchange products in a simple way if they regret their purchase.
Signed by GUT São Paulo, the “Everybody is Free to Be Your Way” campaign has four main films, each focused on a theme. The first one stars Fernando and Bisteca, a dog who is very difficult to please and whose owner needs to return the purchases he made.
“We used the freedom hook to reinforce the idea that with Mercado Livre, everyone has the right to change their minds without it becoming a headache. Another element that appears in the campaign is the pet that is pampered by the tutor, a situation that generates an immediate connection with the public”, said Murilo Melo, ECD of GUT São Paulo.
The films will be broadcast on television and digital media.
“In this campaign, we want to reinforce the benefits and processes of the Guaranteed Purchase, showing that, in case the consumer needs to make exchanges or returns, we offer the simplest and most agile process on the market” explained Thais Souza Nicolau, Branding director at Mercado Livre for America Latin.
