A TIM presented, this Monday (06), a show full of meanings and support for diversity. The operator initiates its actions for the LGBTI+ Pride Month with the show “Proud of beeing”a partnership with the Apple Music and which will become an exclusive EP for the streaming platform. On the Blue Note stage, in São Paulo, seven highly representative voices presented their songs and sang, together, the main track of the album: “Tolerância Zero”, by Romero FERRO, who is also the curator of the project.
The initiative is part of the company’s diversity and inclusion program, as part of actions designed to celebrate International LGBTI+ Pride Day. Projects focused on employability will also be carried out – such as the sponsorship of the DiverS/A Fair – and education and communication actions to reinforce the internal culture and awareness of the whole society.
“This year, we will use music as the guiding thread of the campaign that celebrates International LGBTI+ Pride Day, telling stories where songs were important to exalt the pride of being who you are. The show is the kick off, we will have several initiatives in different media throughout the month of June. We want to highlight the stories of people who are proud of their identities.”Explain Ana Paula Branco Castle, Director of Advertising and Brand Management at TIM.
In addition to Romero FERRO, the event featured concerts by Johnny Hooker, Doralyce, Hiran, Mel, Katú Mirim and Filipe Catto, artists representing the diversity of the LGBTI+ movement. The presentation is by the artist Gominho. All content was recorded in Spatial Audio with Dolby Atmos, so it can become an EP released exclusively on Apple Music.
