Organizational design will be under the leadership of Erick Bretas
Globo announced this Tuesday (7th) the new organizational design of Globo’s digital products and pay channels board, under the leadership of Erick Bretas. In February, Globo integrated the management of Globoplay with that of pay channels, international business and Globo Filmes in this area.
According to the broadcaster, the idea is to ‘promote greater synergy and agility and ensure focus on the consolidation of the direct relationship strategy with the consumer’.
Globoplay and audiovisual digital products are now commanded by Teresa Penna, until then director of solutions for the business. Globo Filmes and Giga Gloob will be added to Globoplay’s structure.
The entertainment, children’s, variety and news channels will be led by Daniela Mignani. The executive already commanded the pay channels GNT, Viva, Mais na Tela and the management of the Globonews business. She also directs Multishow, Bis, Off, Gloob and Gloobinho.
Area created to manage G1, Ge, Gshow, Globo.com home, Receitas.com and Cartola products, publishing products will be led by Márcia Menezes, who was already responsible for G1.
Content management will be led by Tatiana Costa, until then director of the paid channels Multishow, Off and children. She will be responsible for managing the production of content for Globoplay and paid channels.
