Why not live a naturally different experience? This is what the Brunch Gaarden circuit, presented by Hoegaarden, the most awarded witbier in the world, proposes. During the 17 days of the event, from 06/24 to 07/10, more than 35 restaurants in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte, selected from a premium curation, encompassing modern and disruptive houses that will offer exclusive dishes, in an à la carte option, offering three unique or emblematic suggestions from its menus that can be enjoyed throughout the day.
When ordering one of the items on the menu, which range from avocado toast, egg benedict to shakshuka, (that is, only good things), from R$16 to R$65, customers get a Hoegaarden or a cocktail made with witbier as welcome drink. And, for those who don’t do without collectibles, participating in the circuit also guarantees a printed guide with the participating restaurants in each city and a cup holder, developed especially for the event by Gustavo Gontijo, a reference artist from Minas Gerais in collages.
In order to inspire people to get out of the ordinary, looking for new experiences and experiences, this is an invitation from the brand for consumers to learn more about brunch, which has a creative and relaxed essence, just like Hoegaarden. Connecting breakfast, lunch and afternoon coffee, the meal can be enjoyed at any time of the day, unusual occasions or contemplating the most diverse (and best) combinations of flavors. And what a taste!
In São Paulo, houses such as Greenhouse, Café Habitual, HM Food, Takko, A Botanista, Cuia Café, Dois Trópicos, MUG SP, are some of the participants of the event and reveal the current and unique character that Hoegaarden brings to the circuit.
In Rio de Janeiro, some of the gastronomic spaces that integrate the curatorship are: Arp, Bistrô da Casa, Café 18 do Forte, Empório Jardim, Coltivi, Fabro, Nusa and Plage. In Belo Horizonte, who set the tone and flavor of Brunch Gaarden are the houses Uluru Café, O Jardim Restô Bar, Casa Bonomi, Zuzunely, Grande Hotel Ronaldo Fraga and Manju.
“For us, promoting the first Brunch Gaarden circuit in Brazil has been indescribable. The practice of brunch, which is already consolidated outside the country, now becomes a reference alongside Hoegaarden and the naturally different lifestyle that the brand carries”, says Louis Millard, Marketing Manager at Hoegaarden Brazil.
During the 17 days of this immersive experience in the brunch universe, all the dishes developed will be made to harmonize perfectly with Hoegaarden, served with its ritual that unifies the liquid with its second fermentation yeast and includes an orange slice to enhance its flavor and aroma. . Another option is to try a special drink made with Hoegaarden, developed by the chefs of the houses. The circuit’s innovative and disruptive character of the selected houses permeates not only the dishes, but also who is behind, such as, for example, the female command of these spaces.
