The new business ecosystem framework aims to improve customer experience
The Bitcoin Market officially assumed the MB prefix in a move that is accompanied by a restructuring of the businesses and brands that belong to the 2TM holding. The changes are part of the Group’s strategy to simplify and strengthen the business, in addition to expanding the range of solutions and products.
The new structure of the business ecosystem aims to improve customer experience, unifying and facilitating access to new technologies, in particular web3, blockchain, tokenization and cryptoeconomics.
The communication concept of MB, working together with monkey-land, also changed to “Whoever arrives first, wins”.
“In addition to embracing our entire ecosystem and simplifying the brand architecture, with this rebranding we wanted to raise people’s attention to the fact that to be a winner you have to start. And soon,” explained Robson Harada, 2TM’s Chief Marketing and Growth Officer.
The new communication campaign was structured around a manifesto that aims to draw attention to the products and opportunities that MB offers, with content that will be packaged in a light language, with emojis, simple and flexible to transit through different channels.
“For the creation of the new visual identity of Mercado Bitcoin, we pursued the simplification, updating and tangibility of the brand. The hexagon is the graphic essence of MB, and through translucent materials, we can make something virtual tangible: brand and especially, cryptocurrency. Bringing people and crypto-economy together”, reinforced Leonadro Claret, a partner at monkey-land.
As part of the strategy, the concept will unfold on several fronts. The “Whoever arrives first, wins”, for example, will be used in call-to-action activations to encourage new customers to start, including cashback and referral programs, events, lives, lots of educational content with the stimulus of always celebrating and recognizing all the people who have attitude and start earlier.
