Pipo Calazans
Pipo, CEO of DM9, began his career in 1995 in the marketing area of American Express. In 2003, he founded his agency One Digital and ten years later he received the invitation to become CCO of Sunset Comunicação, leading the process of revamping the agency. In 2017, another change of scenery: Pipo became the president of NewStyle and led the company’s transformation into TracyLocke Brasil. At the end of 2019, the professional assumed the role of CEO of SunsetDDB.
Thomas Tagliaferro
With 22 years of experience, Thomas started his career in the creative field. During this period, he worked in communication, shopper and design agencies, building a versatile profile. Among them, PlanoTrio (WPP), NewStyle (Grupo ABC) and TracyLocke (Grupo ABC) where he migrated to the COO chair contributing to the construction of the current agency model and leading the process of incorporation of Agência Tudo. In 2019, he became CEO of TracyLocke Brasil, consolidating the agency as a creative reference in the segment. Today, Thomas is COO of DM9.
