Equativ’s Brazilian operation will be led by Lara Krumholz, EVP also responsible for strategies across Latin America
Smart Adserver is now called Equativ. The rebranding consolidates the company’s positioning as a global platform for integrated advertising and monetization solutions for Supply-side, Demand-side and connected TV (CTV) customers.
Equativ’s Brazilian operation will be led by Lara Krumholz, EVP also responsible for strategies across Latin America.
“Equativ’s purpose is to create a value chain based on efficiency and transparency, offering a less complex digital advertising journey”, commented Lara about the rebranding.
The company has expanded its business globally with a proprietary, independent advertising platform and has tripled its net revenue over the past 3 years from €31 million in 2019 to an expected €100 million in 2022.
Continued growth follows the company’s integration strategy following the acquisitions of DSP, LiquidM, and video advertising platform, DynAdmic.
Equativ has offices in 14 countries, more than 500 employees and presents itself as an alternative to walled-garden platforms, offering greater transparency in digital campaigns.
“Equativ provides the market with complete tools for our customers and partners to have full control of their advertising inventory, ensuring data security, privacy, first party data activations, performance and cost efficiency.” finished the executive.
