The brand and identity were created in partnership with Porto Rocha, the name by Ana Couto and the presentation strategy by QuintoAndar’s in-house team
QuintoAndar arrived in Mexico as “Benvi”, in the first step of the expansion of the housing platform. The brand will be adopted in all other countries where proptech will take its services in the future.
The choice for the country is motivated by the size and similarity between the two markets, such as bureaucracy, complex financial guarantees, little agility and flexibility in negotiations, fragmented chain and asymmetric and informal management of properties.
“Although the Mexican proptech market is more mature than what we found in Brazil when we first started, no other company offers Benvi’s combination of facilities. We are excited to introduce this facility into the lives of more people so that they can find their place in the world”, said João Chueiri, CMO of QuintoAndar.
The Benvi brand’s presentation strategy in the Mexican market is being developed by QuintoAndar’s in-house team, from the creatives of the campaign to the media. The Benvi brand and its visual identity were created in partnership with Porto Rocha, and the name Benvi was created by Ana Couto.
Benvi’s app is now available on all app stores and homeowners can now advertise their rental properties and access the benefits of the process, such as free professional photos, credit analysis, free legal support and digital experience.
According to the CMO, the first half is focusing on brand awareness. “Our main objective is to make people know Benvi and our differentials. We will carry out OOH campaigns, on social networks with advertisements and partnership with influencers, in addition to PR work, with educational content within this objective”, explained Chueiri.
