The Jr. NBA aims to engage young basketball fans and followers in Brazil through challenges, interviews and live broadcasts.
NBA Brazil presented the team of influencers who will be part of the Jr. NBA, which aims to engage young basketball fans and followers in Brazil through challenges, interviews and live broadcasts.
The squad will be composed of five young content creators, aged between 12 and 19, from four Brazilian cities — São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Marília and Toledo — including: Luis Luppo, Eliã Franscisco, Malu Reis, Vitor de Paula, Gui Martins.
“We believe this team will transform the way basketball content is produced for young people in Brazil. We are excited to join them on this fun mission,” said Rodrigo Vicentini, Head of NBA Brazil.
The Jr. NBA Brazil will create original content for the show’s official channels and will build on the league’s commitment to developing unique and engaging programming for youth across the country, which will be published on Jr.’s official channels. NBA, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram and TikTtok.
Influencers were winners of a Jr. NBA on social media, which invited aspiring content creators to recreate an iconic player play and celebration using the hashtag “#GeraçãoJrNBA.
“We are excited about this project that combines Jr. NBA to use basketball to generate positive experiences for boys and girls and NBA Brazil’s continued focus on developing exclusive and genuine content,” added Vicentini.
