The collection aims to stimulate representation in the advertising market
Ame launched a LGBTQIAP+ image bank free so that brands can expand the presence of the community and other groups in their campaigns.
The bank aims to stimulate representation in the advertising market and has a collection of 30 free photographs produced in partnership with Lab678 and another 80 photos available for download.
“With the free image bank, we believe that we will encourage other brands and companies to reinforce their actions of welcoming and representativeness in relation to the LGBTQIAP+ community”, said Vanessa Goldmacher, diversity and inclusion manager at Ame.
Along with the collection, Ame also launched the manifesto “Where will this world stop?”, inspired by a criticism that refers to an LGBTphobic speech. The video is narrated by Liniker and shows the trajectory of people who broke barriers surrounded by love and partnership to live their sexuality.
“Since the creation of the diversity and inclusion area, we have been striving to build a more inclusive work environment, with more information and generation of allies, and a diverse team capable of helping Ame in its goal of revolutionizing the way people relate to money,” Goldmacher added.
During the month of June, Ame is also encouraging donations through the app to boost the collection of more than 150 NGO partners of the company and is inviting users to contribute to the educaTRANSforma project and the Coletivo Arouchianos.
In addition, in Ame’s plans for visibility and promotion of representation, the company is also a sponsor of the second edition of the Biscoito Award, an LGBTQIAP+ award in Brazil to recognize artists from the community. The ceremony will take place this Sunday (26), at Casa Natura Musical, in São Paulo.
