Tim chose to renew the contract with the BETC agency, which has been working with the operator for six years in offline projects, and expanded its scope of action. From now on, the agency will act in all brand communication, such as digital channels and BTL actions.

The decision comes after a competition process, which began in January and which included the participation of two other agencies. “The winner got the best score, both technically and commercially,” said Camille Loyo Faria, Tim’s chief financial and investor relations officer in the document.
