Next Saturday (02), “Alexa, good morning” will receive a different answer from Amazon’s virtual assistant. Artificial intelligence will invite users to an experience action: discover the new BMW iX3, which arrives at Brazilian dealerships in July.
The initiative aims to offer a virtual test drive, which can be activated by voice command, from any Echo device or through the Alexa app. just talk”Alexa, abrir test drive BMW” or enable the skill in the app, and the assistant will be able to answer various questions about the attributes of the car.
The action was built by BMW do Brasil and Ogilvy Brasil, in collaboration with Amazon Alexa for the execution.
On devices that have audio and video capabilities such as Echo Show, Echo Buds, Smart TV (with Alexa) and Fire TV, users will be able to have a greater experience. The audio will be binaural, with sounds from the right and left sides of the headset, to give you a sense of reality.
“The BMW iX3 will be the first model to allow a sensory test drive, in order to encourage the real experience in the Dealership Network, and we hope to follow our brand communication in order to impact our customers in different ways”, says Henrique Miranda, Head of Electrification at BMW do Brasil.
The automaker also intends to give consumers the possibility of getting to know the car through the “Voice-Drive BMW” feature, which brings stimuli such as the sound of the window opening and the rear windshield working, from different directions.
“We were able to extend to everyone the possibility for you to test drive the new 100% electric BMW iX3 from your home, or with your phone, through an experience that is not only immersive, but also geolocated. time, choice of music, among other possibilities, bringing a totally customized experience”, adds Sergio Mugnaini, CCO of Ogilvy Brasil.
The launch campaign, which debuts this Saturday, will run for the next six months. It also has digital media and communication of the link for users to download the skill on their cell phone through the application.
