Itaú is launching an influencer training program, the “Academia Itaú de Criadores”, created in partnership with the consultancy YouPix. Totally online, the project wants to contribute to the professionalization of content producers.
To compete for the 400 spots, those interested must be over 18 years old and have an active content project on a social network with at least 10 publications. At inscriptions are open until the 13th of July.
The program is divided into phases. In the first, the institution will select 400 participants, of which between 30 and 50 advance to the second stage. The last is the choice of the bank of content writers who stood out the most for the formation of the “Squad Itaú Creators”, a team that will work on the company’s social networks.
In the course, creators will learn about content production according to each digital platform, post planning, budget and also about “entrepreneurship and project” and “values and purposes”.
“Itaú has been working with content creators for some time and, based on this experience, together with YouPix, we realized the need to train more content creators to expand and accelerate the development of their work, offering knowledge, structure and security so that they can do what they love, in a professional way”, says Thaiza Akemi, Marketing Superintendent at Itaú.
