The first edition of the LED Festival will bring together more than 100 speakers to debate the future of education. The event is part of the LED movement, which is a Globo initiative and Roberto Marinho Foundation, to shed light on ideas and proposals that have transformed education in the country. It takes place this Friday (8th) and Saturday (9th) at the Museu do Amanhã and Museu de Arte do Rio (MAR), in Rio de Janeiro. Entrance is free.
In the program, 50 conversation tables, 11 workshops, immersive experiences, guided tours, pocket shows and knowledge exchange. Among the guests are names such as the American futurist Amy Webb, the teacher and writer Conceição Evaristo, KondZilla, Eduardo Giannetti, IZA, Drauzio Varella, Silvio Meira, Maju Coutinho, Fabio Porchat, Father Fábio de Mello and Edu Lyra.
The professionals will address several topics that are currently central to the teaching agenda, such as anti-racist education, the impact of social networks and distance learning, connections between culture and learning, technology, the metaverse and environmental awareness.
