In the international market, IPG and Gray Group stand out
In a week that was not very busy, especially when compared to the previous ones, the main signings were TBWA\Media Arts Lab, KTBO, Moringa and Livelo.
TBWA appointed Luana Azeredo to the position of managing director. Based in Miami, Luana will be responsible for overseeing the regional hub for Latin America, in partnership with Executive Creative Director Pedro Prado.
KTBO announced the arrival of Carolina Nogueira to be Team Lead and coordinate the entire daily operation with customers; and CCO Álvaro Zunini, who will support the creative lead Maria Lígia Monteiro.

The agency has promoted Amanda Sthephanie to the position of Diversity Specialist. After being part of Fbiz’s content team for two years, she acquires the role of expanding the agency’s representation with initiatives aimed at raising awareness and literacy of collaborators and leaders on various topics.
In addition, Amanda will be involved with planning the composition of plural teams, inclusive processes, articulation of training, permanence policies, consulting for campaigns from the perspective of diversity, among other actions that she will conduct together with the culture and people team led by the manager of area, Caroline Mariano.
Bullet
Bullet announced the return of Leandro Calado to its creative team. The professional, who left the agency in mid-2018, returns to occupy the position of senior art director.
In the advertising market for 19 years, Calado leaves Live Team. He has also worked at Mkt House, TracyLocke, Momentum, Aktuellmix, Rock Comunicação and RappBrasil.
Moringa
The agency Moringa, from Brasília, hired Alisson Gomes as media manager. With an MBA in digital marketing and an MBA in strategic marketing management and competitive intelligence, Alisson came from the Calia agency, where he stayed for five years.
He has also worked at Leo Burnett Tailor Made, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Citizenship, Caixa, Terracap, among others.

Henrique Duda will be Livelo’s new B2C business development director. He will be responsible for managing business solutions and products for individuals, as well as leading initiatives on the channel and customer experience fronts.
Duda has experience in the areas of marketing, sales and customer experience, working on digital transformation, e-commerce and marketplace fronts in companies such as Facily, Vivo, Via, Lenovo and Walmart.
“Livelo is an expanding company that puts the customer at the center of its strategy, constantly innovating and offering new and better options for participants to collect and redeem their points”, said Duda.
Oracle
Gabriel Vallejo, current VP of marketing for Oracle in Latin America, will also assume the position of COO in the region. He will lead the company’s marketing and operations areas.
As the company informed, this merger aims to maximize the customer experience, from acquisition to retention, connecting all stages of the journey. Since 2018 at Oracle and with 20 years of experience, Gabriel has a degree in Advertising and a postgraduate degree in Administration & Marketing, both from FAAP.
IPG
In the international market, one of the novelties came from the Interpublic Group, with changes in leadership. At McCann Worldgroup, Daryl Lee, former Global CEO of IPG Mediabrands, has been named Global CEO.
Eileen Kiernan has been chosen to be the global CEO of IPG Mediabrands, replacing Lee in that role. Bill Kolb, the current CEO of McCann Worldgroup, will remain chairman of the division.
While these changes are effective immediately, according to a note sent by the group, “the three executives will continue to work with their existing teams and customers over the next month to ensure that all necessary transition actions related to their new roles are completed by September 6, 2019. 2022”.
Grey Group
The group announced Laura Maness as the new CEO, a position that will be held for the first time in the history of the 105-year-old holding by a woman. Before, the professional was at Havas New York, also as CEO for the last almost six years.
At Grupo Havas, where he stayed for more than nine years, he also worked as US Chief Growth Officer of Havas WW North America and managing director of the Chicago operation.
