With nine gold and one silver, TracyLocke Brasil took the Best Live Marketing Agency of the Year award at this year’s Ampro Globes Awards. The agency, which won for the second consecutive year, also won a GP with the case ‘The Uniform that Never Exists’ for Centauro. And Ambev took it in the Customer of the Year category.
In total, 22 agencies received the gold, silver and bronze trophies in this edition.
This year, the Ampro Globes Awards broke a record of entries, with 329 cases, entered by 42 agencies. Winners of the National stage of the award will be able to compete for The Globes Awards, the international stage organized by MAA Worldwide, which annually recognizes the best campaigns in more than 25 countries.
“Live Marketing is at a level of maturity where quality is intrinsic, but the works were really highly praised, especially for the characteristics of the moment”, stated Alexis Pagliarini, CEO of Ampro.
GRAND PRIZE
The work ‘The Uniform that Never Exists’ reconstructs the trajectory of strength, inspiration and endurance of Aída dos Santos, the only Brazilian athlete at the Tokyo Olympic Games (1964), amidst a delegation made up of men. Without the structure, coach and uniform to compete, Aída made history and returned from the competition with fourth place in the high jump, the best individual result for a Brazilian athlete for over 30 years. In recognition, Centauro honored Aída with a special uniform.
