Rock in Rio and partnership with Natal Sem Fome
Rock in Rio prepared a special action this end of the year that will further boost the fight against hunger in the country. In partnership with the NGO Ação da Cidadania, the festival promotes the Christmas Without Hunger campaign in order to encourage greater collection of donations that will bring food to several Brazilian families.
Between the 7th and 25th of December, those who make donations from R$20 to the campaign will be competing for a pair of lawn tickets for the next edition of Rock in Rio, in September 2022. In all, the promotion will award 250 pairs of tickets. Also, so that more people can get involved in this cause, the campaign will be present throughout the country on the event’s digital platforms and will hit the streets of Rio de Janeiro through out-of-home (OHH) media.
Donations to the NGO Ação da Cidadania in partnership with Rock in Rio are made through Natal Sem Fome, bysite . Since the beginning of the pandemic, in March 2020, the organization has collected around 32 thousand tons of food that were destined to more than 12.5 million people across the country.
