Mynd received the IGUAL Seal from the Women’s Music Event (WME). Valid for one year, the certification, which is a milestone for gender equality in music, recognizes professionals, companies and festivals that promote a fairer and equitable market and hire women, trans and non-binary people for their teams and line. -ups in Brazil.
Since its inception in 2017, Mynd has been known for striving for inclusion and diversity in advertising. The company, which has more than 400 employees, has more than 70% of its staff composed of women, black people and LGBTQIAP+ people, who work so that the actions and campaigns developed at the agency are recognized for their representativeness.

We have always had as our goal a plural and diverse company that could provide, from the inside out, the changes that society and the market need. The IGUAL Seal has existed since last year and was created by the WME platform, which actively works to increase the role of women in music. Seeking a more plural and polyphonic industry, the founders of the WME, Claudia Assef and Monique Dardenne, developed this seal to recognize the initiatives that contribute to gender equality and open space to discuss the participation of women and their contribution in the market. .
Festivals, parties, clubs, concert halls, associations and other companies that have at least half of their teams made up of women, non-binary and/or trans people are eligible to receive the seal, considering the artistic area and also the production area. . Among the great music initiatives that have already received the seal for their latest activities are: Heavy House, Se Rasgum, Coquetel, Molotov, Bananada Festival, SIM São Paulo, Sarará and Balaclava Records.
