Wieden+Kennedy SP, Teads and Final Level Co. also announced new executives
The week ends with the news that Pamela Kaufman is Paramount’s new President and CEO of International Markets, Products and Global Consumer Experiences. The executive held the position of president of global consumer products and experiences.
As the company reported, this newly created position reports to Bob Bakish, president and CEO, and “reflects Paramount’s ongoing strategy to globalize its operations.” Raffaele Annecchino has decided to leave the company in his role as President and CEO of Paramount International Networks, Studios and Streaming.
In his expanded role, Kaufman will be responsible for driving Paramount’s international business and securing the strength of the company’s international operations across six continents, including broadcast and cable networks, streaming and studios, and the company’s commercial capabilities.
At the beginning of the week, Final Level Co announced Cristina Caires as the new occupant of the new business director chair. Former Porta dos Fundos, Cristina will work on the reformulation of the commercial structure and help to integrate the two main business fronts of the group today: games and Gerão Z.
Graduated in Publicity and Propaganda from Universidade Metodista de So Paulo, Cristina Caires also brings her experience of working at Editora Globo, Trip and Vice.
WMcCann
This week, WMcCann introduced Sabrina Guzzon as its new strategy director, who will work under the leadership of Renata Bokel, the agency’s COO and CSO.
Graduated in Public Relations with a specialization in Marketing and Management from the universities PUC-RS, FGV and ESPM, Sabrina is also an advisor at the Miami ad School.
W+K So Paulo
Gui Cavalcanti the new head of connections, media & data at Wieden+Kennedy SP. Cavalcanti will lead a team of 30 comms, media and business intelligence professionals, responsible for brands such as Nubank, Uber, Prime Video and Nike. Gui has over 18 years of experience in the advertising market and has even worked at W+K, when he was Young Lions Brasil for his work with Nike.

The Natura and Seara media have a new leadership: Ermnia Campolino and Artur Martins, respectively. Ermnia was part of agencies such as Young & Rubicam (now VMLY&R) and, more recently, Suno. She also spent almost six years at DM9DDB and was part of Globo’s media strategy team. She has worked with Santander, BRF, Kopenhagen, Johnson’s, among other advertisers.
J Artur came from DPZ&T (currently DPZ), after almost seven years at the agency, and has worked at Ogilvy and Etco. He attended brands such as Fruittella, Kimberly, Polenghi and Magazine Luiza, in addition to Ita.
Teads
Teads expanded its team by hiring new professionals and promoting others. New to the team are: Cau Stfani (Research & Insights Manager), Carlos Alberto Ramos (Data Operations Manager), Wilker Leal (Data Business Lead), Andr Ortiz (Creative Strategist), Marcio Sales (Customer Experience Director), Karina Kattan ( Client Partnership Manager), Lucas Alves (Client Partnership Manager) and Lucas Mendona (Sales Manager).
The ones promoted were Camila Quina, formerly Sales Manager, now with the role of Performance Sales Manager; Monika Cerqueira to occupy the position of VP Teads Studio Latam; and Lucas Cavalcante acting as Head of Agency Sales.
Arabella
An agency of the WideAG group, Arabella hired Patrcia Souza for the position of director of operations and new business. Patrcia joins the team led by Paola Zingman, a professional with experience in branding and marketing. The executive worked in agencies in Brazil and Spain, such as the Havas Group, the Africa Agency, the Isobar Group and Almap BBDO, among others.
Brigitte Filmes
The production company hired Rica De Seta to be Brigitte Filmes’ service director. rica has 20 years of experience in the market, focusing on prospecting and generating new business, market analysis, capturing trends and seeing opportunities. Among the production companies where he worked are Academia de Filmes, Conspiração Filmes and Tesis, where he was also a partner.

Kayhan Lannes zmen, born in Rio de Janeiro to a Brazilian mother and Turkish father, took over as stage director at Immigrant, a film production company founded by Rodrigo Saavedra and the Danish Phie Hansen. He has experience in writing and directing audiovisual content for various platforms, such as music videos, commercials and documentaries.
Theia
Healthtech Theia hired Ainah Corra as its marketing director. The professional will have the mission of strengthening the brand, allied to an average performance plan. Ainah has a degree in Marketing and a degree in Advertising from Faculdade Csper Lbero.
Newton Agency
Newton announces the entry of Ellen Medeiros as a partner in the operation. Upon joining the agency’s membership, the professional assumes the role of head of projects and operations, an area in which she has worked as a manager for the last four years.
